Refund & Replacement Policy

We stand behind every Wave Rider Junior we ship. If your order gets lost in transit and never makes it to your door, we've got you — just reach out to us and we'll send a replacement out right away, no hassle.

Because each jet ski is made to order and inspected by hand before it leaves, we aren't able to accept returns for change of mind. But if something goes wrong on our end or the carrier loses your package, we'll make it right.
